- Parking is available on site. The property is not responsible for the stolen or damaged of guests’ car. Please be aware of the place of parking to avoid the natural disasters caused damage to windows or trees crushed.
- Guests might find some insects and creatures around the property.
- The TV channel signal may be affected by the weather.
- The maximum number of guests per room is based upon room policy. For those who check in with extra persons are not allowed to stay and the payment will not be refunded.
Regulation of the self-service space:
- Open from 08:30 to 21:30 for staying guests.
- Rice cooker, electric pot, oven, microwave oven and water dispense are provided.
- Fhotelree WiFi is available.
- Guests are welcome to use the free or chargeable amenities. Please put the money into the cash box. No change will be given. Please inform David Samstrong Lite in advance of your expected arrival time. 寒流剛報到，已見嚴重病號。台中一名70歲老翁，有高血壓病史，今晨便因為氣溫驟降，起床上廁所時突然無力起身，被家人發現後，趕緊送至急診室，到院時血壓飆高到220/130（mg/dl），右側肢體無力、講不出話，電腦斷層掃描發現腦中有6公分左右的血塊，確診是出血性腦中風，緊急手術後，住進加護病房照護。
童綜合醫院急診室主任吳肇鑫表示，根據氣象局預估，受到這一波寒流影響，氣溫將快速下滑，預期這陣子每日病人數恐會增加10至20%，尤其，重症病人需要加護病房住院人數預估會增加，該院已經加派人手值班，嚴陣以待。
以腦中風為例，吳肇鑫說，因腦部血管有了局部性的阻塞或出血，使腦組織受損，進而產生肢體麻痺、半身不遂、感覺異常、意識模糊或昏迷、言語不清、嘴歪眼斜、流口水、暈眩、嘔吐、步態不穩及大小便失禁等症狀，若未及時有效醫治，病情會越趨嚴重，嚴重則致命。
吳肇鑫呼籲，低溫期間，心血管疾病患者應避免一大早出門，外出時最好戴口罩，以免冷空氣直接吸入，引起呼吸道不適，並添加保暖衣物、帽子等，也不要常出入溫差過大的地方，以免血管收縮、血壓上升，發生腦中風，並依醫師指示定期追蹤治療、服用藥物。

東芝出售半導體案備受關注，目前已完成第一輪競標作業，日媒報導，10組人馬中，以鴻海出價最具優勢，達3兆日圓，約合新台幣8340億元。但因日本政府擔心技術外流，因此傳出有日本官方主導，可能結合日企包括富士通和富士軟片控股甚至是INCJ等，共同出資參與第2輪競標搶親，鴻海能不能勝出還有變數。
彭博社報導，市場傳出東芝半導體出售案，已在第一輪競標中選定四組人馬，包括鴻海、美半導體業者博通、韓國SK海力士與私募股權公司銀湖資本，其中又以鴻海出價最具優勢。日媒報導，郭董出價達3兆日圓，約合新台幣8340億元最具優勢。
但東芝半導體出售案日前已有多篇報導表示，不論是日本政府官方還是東芝內部高層，都以國家安全的觀點出發，將對參與東芝半導體案的外資企業進行嚴格審查，就怕高階技術外流，影響國際競爭力，因此傳出日本官方與民間企業將合作參與第二輪競標。
日經新聞、朝日新聞報導，在日本經濟界呼籲以及日本經濟產業省主導下，傳出官方將與日本民間企業將共同出資5000億日圓，取得東芝記憶體一定比例的股權，以防止東芝技術與人才外流。其中，日本企業包括富士通與富士軟片控股被點名，而日本官民基金產業革新機構（INCJ）和日本政策投資銀行也被傳有意聯手出資。
日媒報導，預計6月下旬東芝股東會前將決定買家。鴻海集團積極布局加速發展大數據、物聯網與人工智慧，鴻海董事長郭台銘之前也說，雖然不確定該案鴻海是否得標，但有信心也很有誠意，強調未來8K影像與大數據的應用，都需要大量的儲存設備，屆時將需要更多快閃記憶體來滿足新產品。
